Debit Card or Credit Card: I have, or at least one of Us has, a valid personal debit card bearing a Mastercard© or Visa© logo or a valid personal credit card bearing a Mastercard©, Visa©, American Express©, or Discover© logo.
Age and Identification: I am, or at least one of us is, 28 years of age or older. I or We (if married or cohabitating) have a valid driver's license or government-issued identification.
Household Income: I or We have a gross annual household income of at least $60,000. If cohabiting and combining income, I understand that proof of cohabitation through government-issued identifications showing identical home addresses is required.
Timeshare Sales Presentation: I agree that (or We, if married or cohabitating) must attend and complete an approximately 120-minute sales presentation and tour on the benefits of timeshare ownership in my selected destination area. If married, or cohabitating, both individuals must attend and complete the sales presentation and tour together.
Fico: Your FICO score 600 or greater
Group Travel: We can only allow you to purchase one promotional package per household and it is not valid for group travel. Group travel is defined as friends or family traveling to the same destination at the same time as you on a similar vacation offer
Taxes and Fees: Incidentals such as long-distance calls, resort fees, parking fees, meals, air and ground transportation, deposits, and taxes are not included in the price of the package and are my sole responsibility. Special room requests/ additional nights based on availability and may be subject to additional fees.
Cancelation: Any travel date cancellation/change within 21 calendar days, will result in a $125 service fee. Any travel date changes made within 7 calendar days of arrival are subject to a service fee $125 plus the first night’s room rate at the non-promotional rate.
No Show/ Early Check Out: No refunds given for no shows and/or early check outs. Participants with reservations who fail to show up on their scheduled check-in date, will have a $200.00 No-Show Fee charged to their debit card or credit card (dependent upon the method of payment used to purchase the vacation package), and will forfeit any prepaid fees or deposits. By making a reservation in response to this promotion, you are agreeing to this policy.
