Privilege Pass Terms and Conditions

Important: Details regarding rescheduling & cancellations, terms and conditions are outlined at terms-and-conditions . Participation in EZ Travel trips Privilege Pass is optional and if customers elect to participate in the monthly subscription plan the following Terms will apply. Please note That the Privilege Pass only applies to the customers Initial Trip, not subsequent trips, certificates, purchases, etc. 

Privilege Pass is an automatically-renewing subscription plan/membership that gives you access to perks and benefits (“Perks”). Your Privilege Pass plan/membership will automatically renew on the date of the original purchase, and your default payment method will be charged (plus applicable taxes) at the start of every renewal period until cancelled. 

Benefits and or Perks of Privilege pass

Package Expiration

Customers who purchase a vacation Package through EZ Travel Trips normally have 12 months to use their Initial Vacation, however Privilege Pass customers/members will have the benefit of extending their package as long as they continue to be current on their monthly payments. 

Change or Reschedule for Any Reason

The EZTraveltrips.com Privilege Pass helps protect you against life’s unexpected occurrences. Your protection allows you to change hotels or reschedule your trip for any reason prior to the scheduled departure of your trip without being charged any change or cancellation fees. EZTraveltrips.com Privilege Pass allows customers to extend the expiration past the 12 months normally allotted, the expiration is extended until time of travel, customer stops paying, and or EZTraveltrips.com discontinues Priority Pass. If/when EZTravletrips.com discontinues Priority Pass customers will cease to be charged. EZ Travel Trips has the right to Cancel/Change program at anytime, the customer will be charged a prorated amount for the subsequent month if program is canceled. If the customers vacation package is past the amount of time originally granted then customer will have 30 days from the time of the last payment to utilize the vacation. 

Note: The plan is valid while account is current. 

Scheduling

EZ Travel Trips requires a 30-45 day notice to book your reservation, and a minimum of 45 Days the week of and before and after a holiday. However a benefit of being a customer/member of Privilege Pass is booking your reservation as little as 72 hours prior to traveling. All accommodation and reservation are subject to availability. 

Rescheduling

When you purchase EZTraveltraveltrips.com Privilege Pass you will be asked to print your travel receipt. Please keep your receipt handy as a reference. The EZTravltrips.com Privilege Pass is valid for redemption only by the person(s) named on the receipt. The plan is not transferable, has no cash value. Once the travel has been completed on customers First Trip it cannot be reused or used on another trips. The Privilege Pass Plan only covers/ applies to the first vacation. The EZTraveltrips.com  Privilege Pass must be purchased at the time of booking; it cannot be purchased after booking.

You must call EZTraveltrips.com Customer Service at 855-878-1198 to cancel or change your vacation package within the terms of the program. You may cancel the Privilege Pass Plan at anytime. Upon Cancelation, the Terms and Conditions will revert back to original Terms, which can be found at terms-and-conditions.

Terms & Conditions

The EZTraveltrips.com Privilege Pass is valid for redemption only by the person(s) named on the receipt. It is not transferable, has no cash value, and may be redeemed for only the customers initial vacation. Once the Customer Travels on first trip it cannot be reused. The EZTraveltrips.com Privilege Pass must be purchased at the time of the initial Vacation Package; it cannot be purchased after booking. The redemption excludes the price of the EZTraveltrips.com Privilege Pass.

If you change or cancel your trip prior to the scheduled departure of your trip, all package cancellation fees imposed by the Booking Agent will be waived unless defined within the defined hotel penalty period.

Trip Cancellation and Trip Interruption Benefits Pre-Departure Trip Cancellation:

We will issue a Pre-Departure Trip Cancellation Benefit, up to the amount in credit for the Schedule for non-refundable cancellation charges imposed by EZTraveltrips.com due to you or immediate family member’s Sickness, Injury or Death or Other Covered Events as defined, that occur(s) before departure on your Covered Vacation. The Sickness or Injury must:

  1. a) commence while your coverage is in effect under the plan;
  2. b) require the examination and treatment by a Physician at the time the Covered Vacation is canceled; and
  3. c) In the written opinion of the treating Physician, be so disabling as to prevent you from taking your Covered Vacation.

Trip Delay must be caused by or result from:

  1. Air Common Carrier delay;
  2. Flight Cancelled due to weather
  3. Sickness / Physicians Note

Third Party Providers

Customers/Members of Privilege Pass may also gain access to Perks offered by third parties (“Third Party Perks”). Third Party Perks through Privilege Pass may be modified, revoked, or suspended by EZ Travel Trips at any time in its sole discretion. Marketing descriptions of Third Party Perks are provided and approved by the third party provider. The provision of any Third Party Perks may be subject to separate terms and conditions between you and the third party provider; by agreeing to receive or use Third Party Perks you also agree to those separate terms and conditions. EZ Travel Trips does not control the provision of Third Party Perks and does not warrant that your use of the Third Party Perks will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, secure, uninterrupted, always available, error-free, or will meet your requirements. EZ Travel Trips does not provide any of the Third Party Perks, and disclaims all liability arising from the provision or use of any Third Party Perk. Problems or issues with any Third Party Perk should be directed to the third party provider.

Right to Modify or Discontinue

EZ Travel Trips reserves the right to modify, to limit, to discontinue any Perks, to increase or decrease the value of any Perks, or to increase or decrease the price of Privilege Pass, at EZ Travel Trips sole discretion. There may be a limited supply of some Perks, and certain Perks may not be available in all locations or available to all customers/members. EZ Travel Trips does not warrant or guarantee that Perks will remain available throughout the period of your subscription. PRIVILEGE PASS AND ALL ASSOCIATED PERKS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. Privilege Pass is non-refundable, has no cash value, is not redeemable for cash (except as required by law), and may not be transferred, exchanged or resold. Privilege Pass may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers, unless such combination is expressly permitted. Membership requires a valid credit card or debit card on file as the default payment method. If your payment method is expired or declined your membership will be suspended and EZ Travel Trips will prompt you to enter a valid payment method. Taxes apply where applicable. EZ Travel Trips reserves the right to modify these Privilege Pass Terms at any time, effective upon posting to the ezraveltrips.com. Your continued use of Privilege Pass following such modification will constitute your agreement of the revised Privilege Pass Terms. These Privilege Pass Terms were last updated on August 1st, 2021.
