Terms and Conditions/Agreement
On behalf of itself and its subsidiaries, EZ Travel Trips/Innovation Concepts LLC/CW Global LLC (“EZ Travel Trips”) has created EZTRAVLETRIPS.COM (the “Website”), to provide you with access to information (hereinafter referred to as the “EZTRAVELTRIPS Online Content” or “Content”) about its Vacation products and services, lifestyle choices, and related links. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are meant to protect all of the visitors to the Website and or Vacation Package Holders, and your access to and use of the Website and or Purchase of Products signifies your agreement with these Terms. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, AS WELL AS THE TERMS OF EZ Travel Trips PRIVACY NOTICE, WHICH YOU MAY REVIEW AT https://www.eztraveltrips.com/privacy-policy-2/. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify, alter or otherwise update these Terms at any time without notice. Such modifications, alterations, and updates are effective immediately upon posting. You agree to be bound by such modified, altered, and updated Terms if you access or use the Website after we have posted notice of such modifications, alterations or updates.
Hotel Policies
You must be a minimum of 21 years old to check-in. A valid photo ID, such as a driver’s license or passport is required at check-in. Your credit card will be pre-authorized for a security deposit for any incidentals, and all applicable Taxes and Resort Fee Charges. You as the customer are responsible for all applicable taxes and resort fees (varies per hotel). Special room requests based on availability and may be subject to additional fees. Accommodations based upon availability and provided by EZ Travel Trips/Innovation Concepts LLC/CW Global LLC, Resorts and affiliated hotels. Depending on the hotel policy, extra person charges, fees for hotel amenities, and resort fees may apply. Package handling fees will apply. Holiday travel requires a minimum of a three-night stay. Your reservation request must be requested 30 days prior to travel and for Holidays at least a 45-day notice for the week of, before and the week after the Holiday. Any travel date cancellation/change within 21 calendar days, will result in a $125 service fee. Any travel date changes made within 7 calendar days of arrival are subject to a service fee $125 plus the first night’s room rate at the non-promotional rate (rack rate not to exceed $300 per night). No refunds given for no shows and/or early check outs. Participants with reservations who fail to show up on their scheduled check-in date, will be charged full rack rate not to exceed $300 per night for the length of the stay, charged to their debit card or credit card (dependent upon the method of payment used to purchase the vacation package), and will forfeit any prepaid fees or deposits. By making a reservation in response to this promotion, you are agreeing to this policy. No pets allowed.
Reservation Deposit
Unless otherwise stated, a standard deposit with a credit card is required to make a reservation on the website and or by calling the reservation department, currently the deposit is set at $19.99. This standard deposit is subject to change in the sole discretion of EZ Travel Trips. The deposit will be applied to any applicable taxes, fee’s, and or upgrades. Any portion of the reservation deposit that is unused by the expiration of the vacation package will be forfeited.
Tour Policies
Attendance at an approximately 120-minute discovery tour and sales presentation of our Vacation Ownership Partner preview center is required. Failure to qualify and or attend the sales presentation will result in a surcharge of the difference between the discounted vacation package price and the full rental rate (based on season of travel) plus the retail rate of any discount attraction tickets that were included in the vacation package and forfeiture of any bonus/additional vacations or vacation certificates. Individuals must be between the ages of 25 and 72 and must present a valid photo ID. If married, cohabitating or engaged, one individual must be between the ages of 25-72 and both must attend the presentation together and present a valid major credit card. No pre-paid cards accepted. Guest must have a valid credit card or a debit card with the VISA/MASTERCARD logo, with an available line of credit to hold resort security deposit and taxes upon check-in. MANDATORY: If married or cohabiting, both parties must provide proof of matching addresses by either a valid photo identification or another form of government issued identification (Utility bill, Home/Car Insurance or bank statement – Any combination of these 4 items). Must have a verifiable annual household income of $50,000 USD for U.S. Citizens/Residents and $80,000 USD for Canadian and U.K. Citizens/Residents excluding any income derived from unemployment, alimony, child support, or disability. (Minimum requirement may be higher and other qualifications may vary, based on destination and season of travel). Must: (i) have a minimum credit score as established by this offer’s sponsor (currently a FICO® score of 600); or (ii) if FICO® information is not readily available, meet Sponsors internal financial risk underwriting requirements.
Upon arrival to the tour individuals must present a valid photo ID and a current major credit card. Persons who have toured the same Timeshare/Travel company Resorts location within the past (12) months, or that have participated in a EZ Travel Trips/Innovation Concepts LLC/CW Global LLC, Resorts’ discounted promotional offer requiring a tour two times or more are subject to a surcharge. Subject to the qualifications, this offer is available to citizens of the United States and/or in countries where registered. Tour date, time and/or location may be changed at the Resort’s discretion. Consumption or influence of alcohol is not permitted during the Preview Tour. You will be refused to tour without refund and subject to retail rates. Guests may not live within 60 miles of the tour location. All qualified participants must speak English fluently.
Additional Terms and Conditions
One offer per household. Non-transferable. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, and/or certificate. Not available to groups, family reunions (three or more families traveling together), current EZ Travel Trips/Innovation Concepts LLC/CW Global LLC, owners, EZ Travel Trips/Innovation Concepts LLC/CW Global LLC, employees and their immediate families. All groups subject to a surcharge of the difference between the discounted vacation package price and the full rental rate based on destination and travel season. All additional items purchased are refundable for 14 days from purchase date. Taxes, Resort Fee’s, Gratuities, transportation, incidentals, or meals are NOT included in this offer. EZ Travel Trips/Innovation Concepts LLC/CW Global LLC, reserves the right to substitute lodging and/or tickets and vouchers with comparable items of equal or greater value. The credit card on file, along with a matching Driver’s License, will need to be presented upon check in and to pick up any gifts or vouchers you may have. Once a voucher has been issued for your ticket at the Welcome Center, it is non-refundable. Offer not available where prohibited by law, persons who are in the process of bankruptcy, or parents / children of owners. Be advised that you may not be eligible for all premiums offered in this promotion.
Package handling fees will apply. Two (2) nights minimum stay required for all Offers. Holiday travel requires a minimum of a three (3) night stay. Verified retail value of accommodations is a rate between $75.00 and $979.00 per night, based upon travel season, check-in dates, destination and vacation package offer, unless stated otherwise. Verified retail value of promotional items offered is up to $1500.00, unless stated otherwise. Travel must be completed within 12 months of the issue date of the vacation package.
This Offer is void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. This Offer cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash and/or monetary consideration, or used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or certificate. This Offer shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to principles of conflicts of law. By accepting this Offer, the end user agrees that EZ Travel Trips/Innovation Concepts LLC/CW Global LLC, will not be held liable for any actual or potential losses, including without limitations, compensation or consequential damages arising out of this Offer or in connection with or by misrepresentation by a third party. EZ Travel Trips/Innovation Concepts LLC/CW Global LLC, is not to be held responsible for any act of God, or any other circumstances beyond its control. EZ Travel Trips/Innovation Concepts LLC/CW Global LLC, reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice. These Terms and Conditions are final and cannot be changed or altered by any statement, merchant, or representative of any unauthorized person(s). No other representations, oral or otherwise, are valid in conjunction with this Offer. Offers are not directed to residents in any state and do not constitute an Offer in which a registration is required but in which registration requirements have not yet been met. EZ Travel Trips is owned and managed by EZ Travel Trips/Innovation Concepts LLC/CW Global LLC, an Indiana company. EZ Travel Trips/Innovation Concepts LLC/CW Global LLC, is a marketing company that procures prospects to Timeshare companies & Travel Clubs within the rules and regulations of the applicable law. EZ Travel Trips/Innovation Concepts LLC/CW Global LLC, only sells discounted vacation packages in exchange for the qualified prospect to take an approximately 120-minute discovery tour with its contracted Timeshare Company/Vacation Club.
Assignment
This Agreement is binding upon the parties hereto and their heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns. Acquisition of the Vacation Package and receipt of the Package Confirmation is personal to Customer and are not assignable or transferable, in whole or in part, by Customer, except by the express written consent/approved of EZ Travel Trips/Innovation Concepts LLC/CW Global LLC in its sole discretion. EZ Travel Trips/Innovation Concepts LLC/CW Global LLC may assign all or any part of its right, title and interest under this Agreement to a third party as each may determine including, without limitation, the right of assignment to an alternative supplier/fulfiller of the Vacation Package to be provided hereunder. Upon any assignment to a third party, EZ Travel Trips/Innovation Concepts LLC/CW Global LLC shall be completely released from all duties, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from or relating to the Sale and or fulfillment of the Vacation Package and this Agreement occurring after the date of such assignment.
Alternative Offerings
EZ Travel Trips, Innovation Concepts, Club Esprit LLC, CW Global LLC, and their successors reserve the right to modify, and or change destinations offered at anytime without notice. Package Holders that have completed their reservations processes will not be affected by modification and or changes to destinations offered. However if the Package Holder does not complete their trip (i.e.. cancels reservation) they will be subject to the modified destinations.
By participating in this promotion, you agree you are subject to EZ Travel Trips/Innovation Concepts LLC/CW Global LLC, mandatory arbitration and waiver of class action and jury trial provisions. You further agree not to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages and further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages; therefore, such exclusions may not apply to you.
Cancellation Policy & State and Legal Disclosures:
If you decide to cancel, you must provide EZ Travel Trips written notice of your intent to cancel within 7 days (For KY Residents: 14 days) after purchase to receive a full refund to the following address: EZ Travel Trips Refund Request Department at 6415 Castleway West Dr Suite 201, Indianapolis IN 46250. Your state may provide you with additional rights. All dollar amounts are represented in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. The offering Developer reserves the right to substitute lodging or features with one of equal or greater value. EZ Travel Trips Corporate address: 6415 Castleway West Dr Suite 201, Indianapolis IN 46250. Void where prohibited by law and where state registration requirements have not been met.
Consumers consents to receive e-mail, SMS/Text messages, and calls about offers and deals from an automatic dialing system and/or pre-recorded voice technology from or on behalf of EZ Travel Trips, Innovation Concepts, Club Esprit LLC, CW Global LLC, and their successors at the telephone number that I have provided above, regardless of whether my phone number is on any Do Not Call registry. My consent is not a condition of purchase. By entering I confirm that I am over age 25, agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
To clarify and to ensure no ambiguity of consent for past communication, You agree that the above mentioned consent is retroactive to any prior communication made to you by EZ Travel Trips, Innovation Concepts, Club Esprit LLC,CW Global LLC, its successors, its affiliates, agents, representatives or anyone calling on its behalf whether by telephone call, text message, email, electronic, physical mail or other.
THIS ADVERTISING MATERIAL IS BEING USED FOR THE PURPOSE OF SOLICITING THE SALE OF TIME-SHARE PROPERTY OR INTERESTS IN TIME-SHARE PROPERTY.
Third Party Providers:
Customers of EZ Travel Trips may also gain access to Certificates offered by third parties (“Third Party Certificates”). Third Party Certificates through EZ Travel Trips may be modified, revoked, or suspended by EZ Travel Trips at any time in its sole discretion. Marketing descriptions of Third Party Certificates are provided and approved by the third party provider. The provision of any Third Party Certificates may be subject to separate terms and conditions between you and the third party provider; by agreeing to receive or use Third Party Certificates you also agree to those separate terms and conditions. EZ Travel Trips does not control the provision of Third Party Certificates and does not warrant that your use of the Third Party Certificates will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, secure, uninterrupted, always available, error-free, or will meet your requirements. EZ Travel Trips does not provide any of the Third Party Certificates and disclaims all liability arising from the provision or use of any Third Party Certificates. Problems or issues with any Third Party Certificates should be directed to the third party provider.

All Inclusive Vacation, w/Cruise and Visa Cards
Registration of this promotional travel certificate: must occur within 6 months from the issue date, by the individual that received this certificate. Certificates registered outside of the registration period are subject to being voided. Only one registration per certificate number is eligible. Registration is performed online @ gocrv.com. Registration process requires the registering individual to provide their complete name and contact information, along with a valid email address and contact phone numbers. The email address provided will require opt in validation at the start of the registration process. Following a successfully completed registration, a registration confirmation email will be sent. Registration requires acknowledgement of review and understanding of terms and conditions as well as agreeing to being contacted by Customer Service Network Group, (CSNG) its vendors and servicing providers electronically, by U.S. mail or phone on matters related to this promotional certificate. The expiration of this promotional certificate is defined on the face of the certificate. Travel must be completed before the expiration date.
Travel Itinerary Selection: Following a valid registration, the authorized registered individual will select a travel itinerary from the options defined on the promotional certificate (see Promotional Certificate Includes) at gocrv.com. Travel itinerary selection requires two (2) travel itinerary begin dates to be selected, a preferred and an alternative from the provided itinerary calendar. All dates selected must be at least 45 days in advance of the date the selection is being made. At least 30 calendar days must separate the two dates selected. Only valid travel days, dates and seasons will be offered for selection as defined on the promotional certificate. Other travel selections may be required and are based on the promotional certificate, including departure city, arrival city, and or departure cruise port. Cruise itineraries presented will be that of actual sailings. All availability will be determined at the time of booking and confirmation.
Reservation Deposit: Following a travel itinerary selection, the Reservation Save the Date Deposit is due. The Reservation Save the Date Deposit amount is defined on the promotional certificate (see Reservation Save the Date Deposit). The Reservation Save the Date Deposit must be paid and posted to the travel certificate account for the selected travel itinerary to be activated. Once the Reservation Save the Date Deposit is paid and posted, the promotional certificate account will be placed in the itinerary activated status. Reservation Save the Date Deposit must be paid within 30 days of the itinerary selection, or the itinerary selected will be inactivated requiring the registered individual to reselect a valid travel itinerary. The registered promotional certificate holder will be notified by email when this occurs. The promotional certificate account may be cancelled (see Cancellation of Certificate) at any time prior to a reservation confirmation. At the time a proper cancellation is processed, all refundable deposits paid will be refunded. If the registered individual fails to comply with the Terms and Conditions of this travel certificate offer or fails to respond within a timely manner to correspondence received, they will forfeit all refundable deposits paid at the expiration date of the promotional certificate.
Reservation Confirmation: Within the defined number of days of the certificate account being placed in itinerary activated status an email communication will be sent inviting the registered promotional certificate holder to the booking facility assigned to the promotional certificate. Booking facility may be the CSNG reservation center or a web page provided by CSNG. A prompt response to the invitation offers the best opportunity to secure one of the travel dates and or itineraries selected. Only named individuals on the certificate account in the itinerary activated status have access to the reservation center, web sites and reservation specialists. Reservation center hours of operation are available online @ gocrv.com. During the reservation process, prior to confirmation, named individuals on the certificate account will be verified and charges associated to this promotional offer will be collected (see Charges section below). If CSNG is unable to secure availability for the itinerary selected, alternate arrangements will be offered. Following the reservation confirmation of travel, an electronic reservation confirmation with instructions and itinerary details will be sent to the email address on the certificate account within 72 hours. Named individuals on the certificate account may need to obtain other electronic travel documents from travel partner or the travel partner’s website. If airline flights are part of the travel certificate, airline schedules offered are at the discretion of CSNG who will select departure and arrival airports in cities where multiple major airline carriers operate. Flights generally depart between 3 p.m. and 10 p.m. and return between 6 a.m. and 1 p.m. Flight schedules are at the discretion of the travel provider. Commercial and charter airlines are utilized and no guarantee is made for a specific airline, route or itinerary. When cruise itineraries are included coordination of air travel is required and will require arrival the day before the sailing to ensure sufficient time for named individuals to arrive at the departure port. At least one adult over the age of 21 is required on all reservation confirmations. Travelers under the age of 21 must be accompanied in the same cruise cabin or stateroom by a parent, relative or guardian 25 years or older.
Visa Debit Cards: Visa Debit Card (Card) is distributed following confirmation of vacation. Card is mailed to the address of the primary traveler on file in advance of the scheduled vacation departure date. Card values are defined on the promotional certificate and vary by vacation. Face value of Card is available upon receipt. See terms and conditions that will arrive with the Visa Debit Card for more details.
Charges: Travelers are responsible for government taxes, carrier and agency imposed fees which are subject to change without notice, per person fees as defined on the promotional certificate (see Government Taxes, Carrier and Agency Imposed Fees), along with charges incurred in excess of this offer, such as but not limited to: ground transportation to and from airports, hotels, and cruise port, purchased additional travel options, travel upgrades, meals other than meals and snacks on cruises and gratuities. Government taxes, carrier and agency imposed fees vary by travel provider, departure cities, destination cities, length of travel, and ports of call when cruise reservations are included. The government taxes, carrier and agency imposed fees are payable to Customer Service Network Group (CSNG) at the time of booking. Refundable deposit paid amount on file at the time of booking will be applied to the charges amount due at the time of booking. Charges in excess of any refundable paid deposit amount on file are owed by the traveler and must be paid at the time of booking using a valid credit or debit card. Amount paid, including applied refundable deposit cannot be refunded after confirmation of travel occurs. Any Refundable Reservation Save the Date Deposit balance remaining after charges, will be refunded 10 days prior to travel. Group travel fees of $350 will apply to each promotional certificate (more than 1 certificate) requesting to travel together. Each certificate holder must submit travel requests separately. Offer and Restrictions:
Choice of 3, 4 or 5-night cruise for 2 adults departing from Charleston SC, Fort Lauderdale FL, Galveston TX, Jacksonville FL, Los Angeles CA, Miami FL, New Orleans LA, Port Canaveral FL or Tampa, FL with accommodations in lower deck inside stateroom. Two sailing dates are required, a primary and an alternative. The earliest sailing date selected must be at least 45 days in advance with 30 days between the dates selected. Peak season sailings are not available. Peak season includes June through August sailings and all major holidays New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Participation cruise lines include Carnival Cruise Line, Norwegian Cruise Line, Royal Caribbean/Mexico International.
Deposit Amount: $198 Refundable (apply to taxes and fees at the time of booking)
Government Taxes and Agency-Imposed Fees: Approximately $145 per person for a 3-night cruise, $151 per person for a 4-night cruise or $157 per person for a 5-night cruise. Government taxes, carrier and agency-imposed fees are subject to change at any time. (this amount is the amount charged by the cruise lines and posted on their websites).
Reservation Cancellations and Changes: Cancellations or changes to confirmed reservations are subject to forfeiture of all paid fees and deposits. Any changes to a confirmed reservation are subject to additional charges. Cancellation of a confirmed reservation will result in the promotional certificate to be ineligible for future use. This promotional certificate may be cancelled without penalty or obligation prior to the expiration date or confirmation of travel (see Cancellation of Certificate).
Documentation: It is the responsibility of each traveler to provide proper travel documentation, visit travel.state.gov for information relating to travel requirements. Do not depart until you have received a reservation confirmation. All travelers will be required to provide proper photo identification and valid credit card at check-in. Neither CSNG nor the distributor of this promotional certificate assumes responsibility for denial of check-in for any reason whatsoever.
Restrictions: Reservations must be booked and confirmed with CSNG. This certificate has no cash value and is non-transferable or renewable. This promotional certificate is void where prohibited by law and is not valid for distributors, employees, or family members of distributors and employees. Fulfillment of this certificate is the sole and exclusive obligation of CSNG. This offer cannot be used concurrently with any other travel offer. CSNG reserves the right to offer alternative travel dates, accommodations, departure ports, and destinations.
Responsibilities: Neither CSNG nor the distributor of this offer assumes any liability or responsibility for damage, expense, or inconvenience, nor for loss, injury, death or damage to any persons or property or liability whatsoever due to delays and/or cancellations regardless of cause. CSNG assumes no responsibility for any verbal or written representation made in conjunction with this offer by any distributor and/or their agents other than those included in this offer. CSNG and the distributor of this offer are independently owned and operated. The distributor of this promotional certificate is not responsible for any obligations of CSNG, for any representations of obligations of CSNG, or for content of this promotional certificate.

Cancellation of Certificate: This promotional certificate may be cancelled without penalty or obligation within 30 days from the date of purchase or receipt, whichever occurs later. You may cancel this contract if accommodations or facilities are not available pursuant to a request for use as provided in this contract. If you decide to cancel, provided that confirmed reservations have not been previously made, you must notify the seller, (CSNG) in writing of your intent to cancel by returning the certificate and sending notice to: PO Box 24527, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33307-4527.
NO PURCHASER SHOULD RELY UPON REPRESENTATION OTHER THAN THOSE INCLUDED IN THIS PROMOTIONAL

Registration of this promotional travel certificate:
must occur within 6 months from the issue date, by the individual that received this certificate. Certificates registered outside of the registration period are subject to being voided. Only one registration per certificate number is eligible. Registration is performed online @ gocrv.com. Registration process requires the registering individual to provide their complete name and contact information, along with a valid email address and contact phone numbers. The email address provided will require opt in validation at the start of the registration process. Following a successfully completed registration, a registration confirmation email will be sent. Registration requires acknowledgement of review and understanding of terms and conditions as well as agreeing to being contacted by Customer Service Network Group, (CSNG) its vendors and servicing providers electronically, by U.S. mail or phone on matters related to this promotional certificate. The expiration of this promotional certificate is defined on the face of the certificate. Travel must be completed before the expiration date.
Travel Itinerary Selection: Following a valid registration, the authorized registered individual will select a travel itinerary from the options defined on the promotional certificate (see Promotional Certificate Includes) at gocrv.com. Travel itinerary selection requires two (2) travel itinerary begin dates to be selected, a preferred and an alternative from the provided itinerary calendar. All dates selected must be at least 45 days in advance of the date the selection is being made. At least 30 calendar days must separate the two dates selected. Only valid travel days, dates and seasons will be offered for selection as defined on the promotional certificate. Other travel selections may be required and are based on the promotional certificate, including departure city, arrival city, and or departure cruise port. Cruise itineraries presented will be that of actual sailings. All availability will be determined at the time of booking and confirmation.
Reservation Deposit: Following a travel itinerary selection, the Reservation Save the Date Deposit is due. The Reservation Save the Date Deposit amount is defined on the promotional certificate (see Promotional Certificate Includes). The Reservation Save the Date Deposit must be paid and posted to the travel certificate account for the selected travel itinerary to be activated. Once the Reservation Save the Date Deposit is paid and posted, the promotional certificate account will be placed in the itinerary activated status. Reservation Save the Date Deposit must be paid within 30 days of the itinerary selection, or the itinerary selected will be inactivated requiring the registered individual to reselect a valid travel itinerary. The registered promotional certificate holder will be notified by email when this occurs. The promotional certificate account may be cancelled (see Cancellation of Certificate) at any time prior to a reservation confirmation. At the time a proper cancellation is processed, all refundable deposits paid will be refunded. If the registered individual fails to comply with the Terms and Conditions of this travel certificate offer or fails to respond within a timely manner to correspondence received, they will forfeit all refundable deposits paid at the expiration date of the promotional certificate.
Reservation Confirmation: Within the defined number of days of the certificate account being placed in itinerary activated status an email communication will be sent inviting the registered promotional certificate holder to the booking facility assigned to the promotional certificate. Booking facility may be the CSNG reservation center or a web page provided by CSNG. A prompt response to the invitation offers the best opportunity to secure one of the travel dates and or itineraries selected. Only named individuals on the certificate account in the itinerary activated status have access to the reservation center, web sites and reservation specialists. Reservation center hours of operation are available online @ gocrv.com. During the reservation process, prior to confirmation, named individuals on the certificate account will be verified and charges associated to this promotional offer will be collected (see Charges section below). If CSNG is unable to secure availability for the itinerary selected, alternate arrangements will be offered. Following the reservation confirmation of travel, an electronic reservation confirmation with instructions and itinerary details will be sent to the email address on the certificate account within 72 hours. Named individuals on the certificate account may need to obtain other electronic travel documents from travel partner or the travel partner’s website. If airline flights are part of the travel certificate, airline schedules offered are at the discretion of CSNG who will select departure and arrival airports in cities where multiple major airline carriers operate. Flights generally depart between 3 p.m. and 10 p.m. and return between 6 a.m. and 1 p.m. Flight schedules are at the discretion of the travel provider. Commercial and charter airlines are utilized, and no guarantee is made for a specific airline, route or itinerary. At least one adult over the age of 21 is required on all reservation confirmations. Travelers under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent, relative or guardian 25 years or older.
Charges: Travelers are responsible for government taxes, carrier and agency imposed fees which are subject to change without notice, per person fees as defined on the promotional certificate (see Government Taxes, Carrier and Agency Imposed Fees), along with charges incurred in excess of this offer, such as but not limited to: ground transportation to and from airports and hotels, purchased additional travel options, travel upgrades, meals. Government taxes, carrier and agency imposed fees vary by travel provider, departure cities, destination cities, length of travel, and ports of call when cruise reservations are included. The government taxes, carrier and agency imposed fees are payable to Customer Service Network Group (CSNG) at the time of booking. Refundable deposit paid amount on file at the time of booking will be applied to the charges amount due at the time of booking. Charges in excess of any refundable paid deposit amount on file are owed by the traveler and must be paid at the time of booking using a valid credit or debit card. Amount paid, including applied refundable deposit cannot be refunded after confirmation of travel occurs.
